The Stars Aligned

Caroline and Dylan were given the pleasure of meeting a couple of times in passing, but it wasn’t until a special summer trip to Ocean City that Dylan mustered up his courage and asked Caroline for a date. “He’d wanted to take me out on a date since we first said hi months ago.” A beach romance, are you kidding me? How cute is that! Not only that, but he had taken the time to find out her favorite restaurant. It’s the little things you guys.

She Never Saw it Coming

It was on the exact day of their 6 year anniversary. Dylan had planned out the perfect weekend to celebrate and Caroline was all for it. The only catch? She had no idea where they were going! “Even on the ride there I was just guessing place after place until we pulled up.” Turns out all those times Caroline was mentioning how they had never been to “her island,” throughout all those years, Dylan was logging that away for the ultimate proposal.  Seriously, this guys attention to detail is so sweet! With their sweet golden, Gus along for the trip, they pulled up to a place on the water at the lovely Tilghman Island. While on a relaxing island walk together, Dylan took the plunge and asked Caroline a very important question. “He of course got down on one knee and asked and I cried even though I’m not a crier. Gus was very excited, too” Don’t mind me, I’m just over here squealing.

So What’s This About Gus The Golden?

Knew you would catch on to that. When their good friends dog had a litter of puppies, these two were given the opportunity to choose one! Ugh how perfect! It’s straight out of a movie! So now they have Gus and their friends have the other. The two try to make sure Gus gets to see his sister as much as possible with fun trips or visits. One of which is up the mountains for a weekend! But usually it’s just the three of them taking nice long walks around Fells Point together or playing with his favorite sock toy.

Dancing in the Rain

These two are not the type to get upset about a little hiccup in the plan. They just laugh it off and take it one moment at a time, all the while never losing sight of each other.

They don’t take things too seriously. They like to have fun. They like to be goofy. These are the kind of people who would dance in the rain.
