Just Imagine it…

a long stretch of perfect beach and rolling waves on one side with pastel colored Victorian homes on the other. Bikes are more prominent than cars, so the streets are quiet. You just might be the youngest person there, but it doesn’t matter because the old soul in you has found the perfect getaway…

The Best Lobster Roll Ever!

One of my absolute favorite things about vacations is The Food! I will not even pretend to be ashamed when I say I love eating. The textures and the tastes are all so different and on vacation, for some reason I allow myself to eat a little bit more than I usually would. Hence this huge Lobster Roll! I have had many lobster rolls, and every time I find a new one I say this, but this time I mean it! THESE were the Best Lobster rolls ever! Not only was the bread a complete mystery to us (It was like a really flat unsalted pretzel bread) but it was phenomenal bread! They piled the lobster on top of this bread and served with a small dish of melted butter. We buttered our own lobster rolls! Needless to say, I was one happy gal. I could rave about the french fries too but I think the pictures speak for themselves.

You really can’t beat that:) But we did end the day with a nice walk on the boardwalk while the sunset beside us. Overall a very relaxing day in Cape May.
